When you lose data it due to hardware failure or files being accedentially deleted, there is a chance that the data can be recovered! With our inhouse forensic expert you can send us your hardware, from harddrives, memory cards or USB sticks and we will examine and try our hardest to recover the data that is most important to you!
1. Contact
The first step is to contact us using the form below, this will give us the infomration we need including what type of device and files we are looking for. We will then contact you back within 24 hours providing you with further instructions
2. Send
Once you have contacted us we will provide you with an address to send the hardware to, or where possible agree to meet you to pick up the hardware.
3. Examine
We will then examine the hardware and at this time we will know if the data can be recovered. At this point we will be able to provide you with a list of the files that can be recoved an a quote for the cost of restoration.
4. Restoration
Using the list that you provide us of the files you need restoring, we will recover them to a memory stick. We will then either post back the original hardware and the memory stick or agree to meet your to deliver.
